 We have an in house CAD designer where we can assist customers with the design of their product or part. 

Our design engineer plays a crucial role in understanding the product requirements, converting ideas into actionable design concepts. 

 Once the design has been finalised, there is nothing better than to bring the component to life, and see it for real. We 3D print our designs to get a sense of the likely end product and whether there should be any further modifications. Seeing the model at an early stage allows costly errors to be eliminated, tooling can be modified relatively inexpensively. 

 Tooling is as much an art as it is a science, and is at the heart of any successful product. We work closely with a number of selected toolmakers, using our comprehensively detailed tooling specifications. This combination ensures you have the right tool, at the right time, with the right results.
